Great customer service!
I usually come to this Starbucks, and unfortunately, the staff can sometimes come across as rude or unfriendly. However, Sara is a standout. She is always friendly, welcoming, and provides great customer service. Sara definitely deserves recognition for her positive attitude and excellent customer service.
The Starbucks at Sportsworld in Kitchener is my favorite spot in the city for a coffee break that actually feels like a break. 5 stars, no question.
