This is my favourite Starbucks in Guelph/kichener/Cambridge areas. I will drive out of my way, or past other Starbucks to come to this one because of the customer service. The team is efficient and the taste of their drinks is second to none. It’s very rare for me to have any issues with my order. When I do, there is no hesitation to remake the drink. This location reminds me of what made Starbuck's a great coffee company. Good coffee, with fast, friendly service and a warm, inviting, and comfortable sitting area. I have been here several times and the experience is consistently good. Love this location! (A rarity in the world of Starbuck's franchises these days).
Music is sometimes too loud to carry on conversations. Staff are always friendly.
