i’ve been drinking starbucks since i had my first coffee ever. i’m excited by their mission, and inspired by their 3rd place model. however, after visiting a starbucks location in cambridge i had never been to before, my experience was bad enough that i will likely be switching coffee shops. the manager of this location specifically was the one serving me, and was extremely rude. her tone was screaming superiority complex, and when i asked to speak to the manager, i’ve never seen someone so excited to say it was them. my overall takeaway was to not come back to this starbucks location ever again, if i go to another one. better to support local anyway :-)

Near close, one of the employees yelled “everybody get out”, and was mad about taking an order 15 minutes before close. same girl yelled “thank you for finally leaving” as a group of customers left.

I received the wrong food item in my order and the drink I ordered was 85% ice. Disappointing as I don’t get to get out much with a new baby and was looking forward to this treat.I ordered the egg white wrap and received egg bites instead.I also waited for 25 minutes in the drive thru - not great. Starbucks is too expensive to get it this wrong

There is no seating available. They serve only takeout orders via app and in person. This is not the kind of coffee shop I am interested in visiting.Parking: The shop is located on a busy street corner and finding nearby Paris difficult during normal business hours.

My personal favourite Starbucks - I know it’s required by Starbucks Law that all employees be friendly and helpful, but everyone at this Pinebush location is always going above and beyond. They ALWAYS have a drive on to help local charities and change it depending on the season. They are running promos for their customers as well, and are doing a great job advertising all of this on their Instagram page, which you should definitely follow. Thanks Pinebush team ☺️Parking: The parking lot is annoying to get into because of the roundabout, but the lot always has some room, even when it’s busy.Wheelchair accessibility: The building is accessible!

Usually a great location with really nice employees and service but i was in drive thru and had a lady named steph who is very rude and disrespectful ruined my experience with this location. Management needs to be more aware of how employees treat customers when they hundreds of dollars here a month .

Service was absolute phenomenal. Was unsure what drink to get as I wanted something to wake me up so I opted for one drink. However, the person who served me was kind enough to give me a small sample of the other drink I wanted to try for free. Always served with a smile and the staff is super friendly and able to actually have real conversations that feel personal unlike other locations I’ve been to. 10/10 service!!!!
