“Always prompt and friendly service at this location. If you're looking for fresh brewed coffee and a snack on Hwy 24 between Cambridge and Brantford, this franchise location has the perfect process; it's reliably staffed, and the drive-thru folks are polite, professional, and friendly.“

“was absolutely disgusted with the way I was spoken to after your mistake. never have I felt so disappointed in someone's behaviour and service. will never use or recommend again. spent £7 for someone to be rude and my autistic son wouldn't drink his drink after your bad behaviour.“

“Had a great lunch here with my sister. The turkey and cranberry on rye was very good. Here is my only complaint. Now being of English/Irish decent and coming from Cape Breton, my sister and I know a thing or two about tea. And I know today restaurants are trying for every angle for customers with the competition. But whoever came up with the idea to serve hot tea in a drinking glass must be sat down and spoken to. Just on practicality alone glass without a handle and trying to drink hot tea in it. But the vessel you serve tea in makes all the difference to taste. If you really want a gimmick for your tea, which is probably a small portion of your business, serve it in china cups. But hey, listen, other than that this was a nice little place and if you don’t drink tea, no problem.“

“We had Monigram provide our wedding favours and they really knocked it out of the park. We had custom labels printed out on our bags, and their Eureka blend is fantastic. I’ve had so many guests tell me how delicious the coffee was. The favours were also reasonably priced which was an added bonus. We like their coffee so much that we now buy our coffee beans exclusively from Monigram. I love this place!“

“Very nice little shop. The lady who served me was very nice and apologized for making me wait but it was apparent she was busy so I didn't mind. She was very nice and professional. Like the open kitchen makes for a nice show while you wait. Service was quick and easy. Will be back to try something more.“
“Last week my friend and I took a walk to the Hamilton Airport and discovered this lovely new addition. We were greeted by the friendly owner who despite our lack of sufficient funds provided us with two steaming cups of fresh decaf coffee. We also tried a date square which was served hot and was delicious, lots of natural sugar in the dates and not overly sweet like some of the date squares I’ve had at other places. The coffee was tasty and brewed just for us,what a treat...I highly recommend that those who visit the airport drop in and have a taste...support local business!“

“On route back home, I predicted we would find a place that’s cheap and has really good food - and I was right. This unassuming place was just the right fit: a couple can eat breaky for 30-ish, with tip ( let’s face it the $5 breakfast is a thing of the past), I had a fried egg sandwich, which was nice and tasty - No overbearing grease-y grossness. Even though beans are an add-on, they’re tastey as well…coin fries, eggs and bacon, toast. All just sort of the way you’d make them at home. The cook even came out to pour our coffee and I told her as much. No pretension here. The waitresses are also very nice, so maybe they are part owner? Just a guess. I personally get sick of grumpy overworked waitresses so it’s nice to see a genuine smile“
“Friendly fuel supply where each and every service with these folks is a welcome break in our day. They like to chat and seem interested and conversant on a variety of topics. The nicest part is that in all the times I've fueled up here, they've NEVER spilled a drop! Environmentally friendly and careful, too.If only they didn't charge thd Carbon Tax! Ahhh, then it would be perfect? It's worth a stop for sure!“

“Vintner’s Cellar Brantford is my go to for wine. I wasn’t a big fan of the brew your own wine products but once I tried their wine I was impressed. Maggie does a great job explaining the process and was extremely helpful. Highly recommend this place. Try it out.“
“The staff in this store are friendly, polite and I got served QuickTime! The seating area is large but I feel like more tables and seats could be put out as it has lots of open space. Plenty of seats and parasols outside though. The only negative thing I’d say is the toilet situation. You need to get a member of staff to unlock them using a remote control behind the counter. When there is a queue, it can be quite a wait to get the door opened. Besides that, great store .“

“Grand Cafe is a super cute little spot downtown right by the water. You can sit inside or out, or walk just a few steps away to the main street bridge or walk down to the water. Prices for food is commonly 3-4$ for muffins, cookies, etc. You can get a coffe, tea, or hot chocolate for a similar price. The staff is so lovely! Shocked l've never come here before, but will definitely be back. I go here for the service and spot, food sometimes isn’t the freshest or best I’ve ever had, but no complaints!Parking: There are a few seats inside the establishment and a few parking spots out front but more than likely you will need to find street parking!“

“A regular Starbucks experience in the heart of Paris .... not an ideal location but the town is not that big either. It is a quick drive with plenty of parking and friendly staff. It is never that busy if you want to sit inside or use the patio. Enjoy!“
“Came here with my homie BanSauRieng and we stumbled upon the dynamic duo known as the rizzler and sharooz. Naturally, we as people tend to not really talk too much to strangers, but you can tell by their vibe that coffee is their mama jama. Laughs were exchanged, pink drinks were consumed. It was overall a good time“

“Coffee culture Cambridge provided the reception after my grandmothers funeral. It was absolutely beautiful. The food was not only delicious and plentiful, the presentation was outstanding. I highly recommend this location for any large gathering need.“
“We stopped in quickly before heading to a concert. The person who made our orders was so personable. My wife and I had a great chat while he changed her order to something they had ready. It was a great job and we left smiling and happy. Great job!“
“I usually go to the one in front of Winners, but my boyfriend wanted to do drive-thru, and since then, I’ve always gone to this location.I’m an ex Sbux partner, and their espresso are always perfect when I order. I order long shots for my caramel macchiato it’s easy for the espresso to “die” quickly and turn bitter. Most stores don’t really care about the espresso pull. But I’ve never had my drink with dead shots here!“

“We visited Abigails Tea House on a Wednesday for lunch. Such a cute little place that was very cozy and welcoming. We both had High Tea and it was absolutely delicious. We started with us each getting a fresh pot of tea. There were many to choose from. I am a devoted English Breakfast Tea drinking so that was my choice. The cheesy starter was delcious. It was followed by a Waldorf salad. We were then presented with a tall tray of fancy sandwiches and pasteries. Everything tasted fresh and flavourful. We really enjoyed our visit and will be back.“
