“My friend and I went to Abigail’s for the first time and had their high tea. Everything was amazing. The atmosphere is charming and inviting. The food was delicious. You can tell it is homemade and the quality was excellent. The pimento cheese spread was great and a nice touch along with the curried chicken salad. Presentation was lovely. The owners were very friendly, so attentive and great to talk to. We will definitely be back.“

“Last week my friend and I took a walk to the Hamilton Airport and discovered this lovely new addition. We were greeted by the friendly owner who despite our lack of sufficient funds provided us with two steaming cups of fresh decaf coffee.We also tried a date square which was served hot and was delicious,lots of natural sugar in the dates and not overly sweet like some of the date squares I’ve had at other places. The coffee was tasty and brewed just for us,what a treat...I highly recommend that those who visit the airport drop in and have a taste...support local business!“

That said, the team here is efficient and fast — the line keeps moving smoothly, and the wait never feels too long.

I’ve consistently had great experiences with the baristas at the window, who are always friendly and welcoming.

This time, I ordered theTropical Dragon Drink with coconut milk, and it was absolutely perfect for a really hot day — refreshing and delicious.

“I visited this location this morning while my husband had a day operation. The staff there were is at all so friendly and we had a chatted about nostalgic candy, which was brought up after I was drooling over their beautiful pastry display and asked about the limited time Canadian donut . I even purchased 2 different baked goods because I couldn’t decide on one because they all looked amazing. My coffee was also the best Tim’s coffee I have had in a long time. CMH is lucky to have this wonderful staff to brighten both patients and staffs day.“

“5 Stars for Fernando! I brought in cash, and realized I didn't bring in enough change for the coffee cake, so i ordered a cookie instead. Fernando immediately said he would cover the 15 cent difference I was missing. That is the type of customer service that is hard to find nowadays. Not only going above and beyond, but just being such a pleasant man, and you can tell hard working. You're lucky to have him! Give that man a raise!“

The Punjabi gentleman working that shift was friendly, fast, and handled everything efficiently even though it was quiet and late. My order was perfect, and the coffee was fresh not something you always get at night! He greeted everyone politely and kept the place clean and welcoming. Great experience overall — definitely one of the better Tim Hortons in town for late-night visits.“

Tims in general need to fix their POS system… staff at all stores don’t know how to ring in the Iced sugar free vanilla protein latte… rang in three different ways at multiple locations… all resulting in different price than on the menu.. had to order in app for easy access. This location though in general is excellent and great when visiting the hospital.“
