“This is an excellent store for quality poultry and poultry products. We especially like the boneless/skinless chicken breasts; so tender and juicy. They sell in quantity (eg. you can buy the breasts in 11lb bags which helps save some $$). If you haven't tried the turkey roast- they are a treat. Lightly seasoned and all meat so no waste. The drippings make an excellent gravy.”

“We visited Abigails Tea House on a Wednesday for lunch. Such a cute little place that was very cozy and welcoming. We both had High Tea and it was absolutely delicious. We started with us each getting a fresh pot of tea. There were many to choose from. I am a devoted English Breakfast Tea drinking so that was my choice. The cheesy starter was delcious. It was followed by a Waldorf salad. We were then presented with a tall tray of fancy sandwiches and pasteries. Everything tasted fresh and flavourful. We really enjoyed our visit and will be back.”

“My very first visit to this restaurant and I couldn't get the pulled pork pizza. They ran out of pulled pork. That is why I did not provide a five-star rating.However, the macaroni and cheese with bacon was a suitable substitute.”

“Dined at La Cantinella, located in the heart of St. George, on Friday night, with a group of four, having made reservations.Service was exceptional, as multiple wait staff supported the table ensuring drinks were topped up, and plates were moved in and out seamlessly. Timing was great, as the staff easily aligned to our pace of conversation and readiness.Started with that day's Featured Salad which was outstanding, a mixed green dish with goat cheese, beets, and vinaigrette, in generous proportion.For the main I ordered the Fettucine con Scallops and substituted for Gluten Free pasta, for which they use a rice-based penne pasta, one of the better GF pastas I have had. The pan-seared scallops were perfect, the tiger shrimp were enormous, and the roasted garlic cream sauce was one of the richest I've had yet I couldn't get enough of it. I need to learn how to make this sauce (I think the secret is in the peppercorns). This pasta is going on my new local rotation.An extensive bar service was available for cocktails and mixed drinks which the table enjoyed. And in lieu of dessert I had an Irish Coffee, which was the perfect cap to the meal.Very impressed with the quality of food, drink and service. Will be coming back soon!”

“It's always hard to find a good pizza place in a sleepy little town. This will be a regular stop on my way through St George.The service (I assume it was the proprietor) was super friendly.The prices were great... Two Canadian slices and a bottle of pop for only $6!”

“Stopped here on way to Brantford. Early morning crew were awesome. Ordered a breakfast sandwich bacon double toasted. And was the best one I have had in ontario. Ladies were great especially the food prep lady .”

“We had our wedding at the Cambridge Mill. It was a fantastic day. The ceremony space is one of a kind stunning. The staff is very helpful. The food and venue were great too. We have nothing but positive things to say about the place. All of our guests have complimented us on the venue and food since the wedding. Would definitely recommend!”

Had the Seafood cakes which had the perfect flavours and were done to perfection. Had the Black Cod served over lentils. Delicious!! Cod was perfectly cooked as well. “As a sushi conisseur, this is the best all you can eat place I've been to out of about 20 places around Ontario. Extensive menu some great other Asian dishes too (sesame chicken, general tso) . Friendly and very quick servers makes for an awesome dining experience as well.”

We were hosting a luncheon after my grandmother’s funeral, and wanted to have one of her favourite things there, donuts. The donuts were one of the first things eaten, which speaks to how amazing they are. So grateful that Albert’s was able to help us make a sad occasion just a little more enjoyable.”

“Had a great lunch here with my sister. The turkey and cranberry on rye was very good. Here is my only complaint. Now being of English/Irish decent and coming from Cape Breton, my sister and I know a thing or two about tea. And I know today restaurants are trying for every angle for customers with the competition. But whoever came up with the idea to serve hot tea in a drinking glass must be sat down and spoken to. Just on practicality alone glass without a handle and trying to drink hot tea in it. But the vessel you serve tea in makes all the difference to taste. If you really want a gimmick for your tea, which is probably a small portion of your business, serve it in china cups. But hey, listen, other than that this was a nice little place and if you don’t drink tea, no problem.”
