We reached out to Albert’s to see if we could order Albits in just one flavour. We were hosting a luncheon after my grandmother’s funeral, and wanted to have one of her favourite things there, donuts. The donuts were one of the first things eaten, which speaks to how amazing they are. So grateful that Albert’s was able to help us make a sad occasion just a little more enjoyable.
Excellent donuts! as soon as you step out of the car you can smell them. Got there about 25 mins after opening. Wonderful selection. The dough is spectacular. I cannot give full 5 stars though as I believe their fillings and such are far too sweet. I would strongly recommend dialing it way back as you have an incredible base product but the fillers like raspberry or strawberry filling is so sticky sweet. A work colleague turned me onto this place.. what a hidden gem, ordering, apple fritters from here takes me back in time about 40 years to when I was a kid & everything was made the old fashion way I immediately started taking a variety of these donuts home to my family & everybody raves about the quality, taste, texture & smell..
