“A work colleague turned me onto this place.. what a hidden gem, ordering, apple fritters from here takes me back in time about 40 years to when I was a kid & everything was made the old fashion way I immediately started taking a variety of these donuts home to my family & everybody raves about the quality, taste, texture & smell.. I literally don’t even know what I paid for these, but I can tell you it’s some of the best that I’ve had in decades. “Been shopping here since it opened. My Scottish grandparents would always shop there and loved their baking as well. You won't find better Scottish/Brit baking in the Cambridge/Kw area. They made empire biscuits for my wedding which everyone loved. We enjoyed the empire biscuits, rolls, a variety of other biscuits, tarts and the best steak pie for new years day. Cheers!“
“I found my favourite cupcake store today! I tried 6 cupcakes: Red Velvet, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Baileys Irish Cream Cheesecake, Black Forest, Salted Caramel, Knotty Pine Buttered Almond + 2 other desserts: cookie dough cheesecake bar and napoleon custard square. I think I’m quite picky with my cupcakes but I liked all of them! The cake was very soft and moist but did not fall apart when I wanted to break off the bottom of a non-filled cupcake to make a cupcake sandwich. The soft buttercream icing was the perfect (in my opinion) texture and consistency and just the right amount of sweetness where you can enjoy the flavour of the cupcake without being overwhelmed by sugar. This is great because they have such fun unique cupcake flavours and they do the classics super well as well! The Black Forest had a fresh tasting whipped cream (rightfully not buttercream) that was delicious as well. They have a lot of other desserts available such as cookies, French macaroons, squares etc. Prices for cupcakes differ depending on if you order <6, 6-11, 12+ and cheaper in store than ordering online ie Uber eats (like with any store/restaurant). My 8 treats came to a total of $34 which is amazing considering the amount and quality. 10/10 would recommend!“
“My husband is Type 1 and extremely cautious about his carb count. He hasn’t had birthday treats in years. Well, this year I bought him two cupcakes and two cheesecakes and it was thrilling for him to eat treats that were so delicious, tasted completely normal and without any effect whatsoever on his blood sugar. “Ordered a birthday cake from Nidha's treat .I had asked for a particular design and she did the cake beyond expectations the attention to details was amazing, also the cake was very delicious not too sweet and very moist. “I ordered a Yule Log for Christmas about 10 days before Christmas. It was suggested that I could pick it late morning on the 24th. long story but the yule Log wasn't ready as one of the staff member's mom died and they were behind. I understood and was willing to forget about the order. But the owner insisted that they would finish the order and gave me an unasked for deep discount. At 9:30 pm, the owner called and said they were putting in a cab (from Galt to Kitchener) on the snowiest night of the year. the Yule Log was great but even greater was the outstanding commitment to customer service. First time customer but just became a forever customer. 5 stars for sure“
“Bufana my favorite, try the chicken sandwich instead of bifana.Parking: Small parking area, but it's not an issue to find a spot and park. Most people come in for 5-10mins and are out of the store, so the parking is not an issue at all.“

“I have been a customer since they've opened. I love the food, the prices are phenomenal, and the owners are lovely! I only gave a four for service because of what happened today. It was 4:53 pm this 2nd day of February, 2024. I tried to go in to purchase some goodies for my family for a Friday evening, when I noticed that the door was locked and the lights had been turned off. There were four young people inside, two I recognized as the children of the owners of Euro Pastry. I said that the sign says you're open until 5, please open the door. They yelled at me that they were cleaning the floor. I waited another minute while they yelled something else at me that I couldn't make out. I am disappointed. I'm staying a customer.“
“We had Suzanne’s last week. A couple of us had the steak on a bun with fries and a couple had the hot beef sandwiches with fries and someone had the cabbage rolls. The food was amazing. The homemade french fries were nice and hot and crispy. The roast beef was so tender and well done you could cut it with a fork. And the amount of cabbage rolls you get and one order is more than enough to feed a couple of people. We will be back for sure!! “This place is my serious happy place. Apart from the beautiful aura of warmth and baked with love feel of the owner when you step inside... The treats are a dream. She has the best plain vanilla cupcake base ANYWHERE. so anything added flavour wise is a bonus. Worth a visit or even a road trip if you are out of town. Worth every delicious bite. I do not get there near as much as I want too so go on give yourself a treat you deserve it .“
“Just discovered this place this afternoon and had such a lovely experience! All staff are very friendly and happy to answer questions.
