“I ordered a Yule Log for Christmas about 10 days before Christmas. It was suggested that I could pick it late morning on the 24th. long story but the yule Log wasn't ready as one of the staff member's mom died and they were behind. I understood and was willing to forget about the order. But the owner insisted that they would finish the order and gave me an unasked for deep discount. At 9:30 pm, the owner called and said they were putting in a cab (from Galt to Kitchener) on the snowiest night of the year. the Yule Log was great but even greater was the outstanding commitment to customer service. First time customer but just became a forever customer. 5 stars for sure“
“Ordered a birthday cake from Nidha's treat .I had asked for a particular design and she did the cake beyond expectations the attention to details was amazing, also the cake was very delicious not too sweet and very moist.
