“Always an incredible experience with Le Delice!! We have ordered multiple cakes from here including our wedding cake! We also have a cake coming for my 30th birthday. Not only does she do an awesome job on how they look, but they are SOOOOO delicious! Everyone always raves about them! We’ve tried the Nutella, white chocolate raspberry, tuxedo, and triple white flavours and all 10/10! So excited to keep getting cakes from Le Delice. Also her service is great - so responsive, great prices, and very helpful.“

“I would like to recommend Victoria K Cakes to anyone looking for theme cakes for a celebration! My family has been ordering cakes from them for the last 5 years and they are always gorgeous. I have included a picture for my daughter’s 21st birthday party and it was a big hit! We chose strawberry shortcake filling and it was delicious. 😋“

“Yhis place is amazing! I got a cookie set, and it was so fresh, perfectly sweet, and soft inside. We ate it so fast, we didn't even take pictures! The cheesecake was delicious, too. The staff is super friendly, and the bakery is so cozy.“

“amazing atmosphere. food was excellent. service was superb.“

“Absolutely delicious sweet and savory treats. I have so many food allergies but I can safely eat the food from this bakery. i appreciate the plant based options too. I love the oat fudge bars, vanilla cakes/cupcakes, chocolate cakes/cupcakes, custom cakes, both types of quiche, the scones, brownies, spiced chocolate bar, lattes, drip coffee, cookies...geeze I guess I go there a lot. I haven't even tried everything in the bakery yet. It is a wonderful for breakfast, midday treat and dessert after dinner. I stock up on Sunday to have enough to last me until Thursday morning when the bakery reopens for the week. I am having a very hard time sticking to just one item a day. It is great for school lunch treats because it is a nut free bakery. This is important for school staff and students.“

“Cake base and cream taste very fresh. Delicious!“

“They’ve done wonders for two simchas for my family! Highly recommend!“

“Outstanding attention to detail. Nice small touches with service and presentation of menu items.

I had a small breakfast, lemongrass iced tea, then an espresso. All excellent.

I was also impressed by the additional seating in the basement with a retro-cinema vibe.“

“We got our wedding cake here and they offered very flexible customization options. For starters I was able to get the groom figure to wear glasses like I do. What’s more they agreed to add the three cats after I sent photos of them!!! This was a huge plus! I would 100% recommend getting your wedding cake here.“

“I ordered my wedding cake from Elysees Cake, and I can honestly say the customer service was above and beyond. From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience. They were incredibly responsive and supportive of every request I made for the wedding cake. They were also happy to deliver it directly to my wedding venue without any hassle. My guests absolutely loved the cake, and I would definitely recommend Elysees Cake to anyone looking for a beautiful cake at a reasonable price!“

“I am very thankful to have found this bakery as I have to eat gluten free and my nephew has nut allergies so I have ordered multiple times for our family gatherings. I have ordered a cake, cupcakes and most recently pumpkin pies. All are delicious and fresh and are easy to order online. I also appreciate that they have same day order in case you have a last minute gathering.“

“Since I discovered the shop a month ago I have already got 4 cakes! Highly recommend!“

“I would definitely recommend, I tried for the first time today the pistachio cake was very nice. But some feedback would be on the velvet swirl cake. It was abit dry and slightly hard, not a lot of flavor. The prices are also good!“

“The cake I got from Floristry Delight for my wife’s birthday was absolutely beautiful. Preeti is a true artist and my wife gasped when she saw it, she loved it so much. The ordering and pickup process was easy and painless, and Preeti provided updates and excellent service in terms of storing and serving the cake. All around it was a wonderful experience!“

“Always a fun stop when you’re craving something sweet! There are so many flavours to choose from that it can honestly be hard to decide, but thankfully the staff are friendly and patient while you figure it out. I also love that you can try a flavour before committing. The ice cream is always good, and whether you’re grabbing a cone, a sundae, a shake or something to take home, there are lots of options. Just a fun, easygoing spot for a treat.“

“Go to place for Shanghai style moon cakes (with pork filling), they are seasonal that you can only get around this time, call in a day or two ahead to pre-order and advise of pick up time, and voila, you will get freshly made, flaky juicy and still hot very tasty moon cakes. Once a year, see you there!“

“My go to nut free bakery in Toronto. Fantastic cupcakes and so many flavours! 🧁 ❤️“

“The workers at Baskin-Robbins were so friendly and kind, and the portions were generous. We ordered the 2-scoop ice cream, and it was definitely worth the money. The ice cream was delicious, and the great service made the experience even better. We'll definitely be back!“

“I cannot recommend this place enough! I always find myself wanting to come back here whenever I’m craving a sweet treat. Their small cakes, especially the sea salt mochi cake and strawberry cream cake, are absolutely delicious.
Their bread is also amazing, the cranberry bread is a favourite of mine. I really think this place deserves all the attention it gets, and I’d highly recommend stopping by and trying some of their amazing products!“

“I love the fresh buns! Tastes awesome lots to chose from!“

“This is an amazing Eurooean style Bakery, cafe, deli, and grocery store that will always have you coming back for more. Bougatsa, Spanakopita and a coffee. Mmmmmm....“

“I have been eating them all wrong!! 🙈 Did you know they were supposed to be enjoyed fresh right away?! Today I had one the proper way. And it’s like I found a totally new donut. Crispy on the outside and mochi on the inside. It’s like they were popping donuts! The owner was so kind. And he shared with me how they are so serious about fresh donuts that if a donut isn’t sold in the timeframe they are supposed to be enjoyed, it’s thrown out. Guaranteed fresh! And here I was taking them home to eat lol. Wrong wrong wrong lol. Can’t wait until they come to Vaughan 😉“

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with this Baskin-Robbins, and especially with Nisha.

I was in a really difficult situation where I needed a custom birthday cake on extremely short notice. I had been calling around to different places and was repeatedly told that they needed at least 48 hours' notice, which I completely understood given the amount of work that goes into preparing and decorating a custom cake. At that point, I was starting to think I simply wasn't going to be able to get the cake in time for the birthday.

Then I called this Baskin-Robbins.

Nisha called me back, listened to my situation, and told me that she would do what she could to help me out. From that point forward, she was absolutely incredible. She gave me a way to communicate with her directly and worked with me extensively to figure everything out, despite how last-minute my request was.

What impressed me the most was the amount of effort she personally put into making this happen. I know that custom cakes aren't something you can simply throw together at the last minute. There is preparation, decorating, coordination, and a lot of work involved. Despite that, Nisha went completely above and beyond, even putting in extra effort after hours to make sure the cake could be ready for me to pick up the following morning.

That level of customer service is incredibly rare.

What could have easily been a stressful and disappointing situation became something I didn't have to worry about anymore because Nisha genuinely cared enough to help. She didn't have to accommodate such a last-minute request, and I would have completely understood if she couldn't. Instead, she found a way to make it happen.

Sometimes it's the things that might seem small to someone else that make a huge difference to you in the moment. Having that cake ready meant a lot to me because it was for a birthday celebration, and Nisha's kindness, patience, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made sure everything came together.

Nisha, if you happen to read this, thank you. Your effort genuinely meant more than you probably realize.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this Baskin-Robbins to anyone looking for a cake, but especially recommend asking for Nisha. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized. She is an absolute superstar and a perfect example of what it means to genuinely care about your customers.

Thank you again, Nisha. You absolutely saved the day!“

“really nice store that clean and friendly servers. great selection of cakes.“

“Yonge and Steeles Baskin Robbins is great, has easy parking, friendly service, big variety of flavours and colourful selection of cakes.“

“Hot maple chicken sandwich (new at the time) with mini wedge salad and a can of pop for $20.30. Burger was crispy, spicy maple flavoured and well seasoned with a nice acidic touch from he pickles. Salad was the right choice and definitely worth coming back for. Not sure if this was omitted but it came with a large cookie too. Great spot.“

“The service attitude was excellent??. When I called to place an order, nobody picked up initially, but as soon as I hung up, I received a call back. The lady understood that I urgently needed to order a birthday cake, so she immediately helped arrange it and allowed me to make the payment, ensuring that I could pick it up smoothly. Very good service ??. The cake is yummy ? and worth trying. I will come back again.“
