“Drive thru can become a messy experience when it's busy. Most staff are kind and helpful (though one staff seemed like working at Tim Hortons was the last place they wanted to work), and I've never had an issue with incorrect orders.“
“Two workers specifically have shown so much kindness, hard work, and determination to get the job done, and done correctly. Ever since I’ve started coming in I always hope that either Hayden or that one girl (I’m not sure of her name, I wish I got it to include in this) is working. 1. Because anytime I walk in and I need something, both individuals are more than happy to serve when needed. 2. So I can get my coffee or food made right, and on time. 3. So I can expect that real Canadian Tim’s experience! Keep up the amazing work, and those two need to be running that store. Completely blown away by their performances. 10/10!“
“Hands down my favorite Tim Hortons. I just visited for the first time and it was the best coffee I have had in a long time! Thank you afternoon shift who made my DR DD and husband's DD. They actually cared about the quality of the coffee they were serving! Big pats on the back. I was a tim Hortons supervisor for a bit and I was impressed! Keep it up guys!“
“This timmies is always so great, I go a few mornings a week. I always get treated nicely, even when my order is difficult they always seem to get it right. The staff has lots of patience with the long difficult orders I sometimes place. The team members are all very nice for the most part. Shout out to the afternoon supervisor who is always so nice to me when I go to this timmies on late evenings! They deal with a lot of nasty customers, and rude people but always have great attitudes. I always get served by the one girl Kendra on afternoons and she is so amazing and sweet and always makes my experience worth while! A really great atmosphere, people, and my orders are mostly made to perfection! 10/10 keep it up timmies.“

“It's usually a very good Timmies.But the last time I visited it was not a good experience. They were short staffed and the place showed it. Long line ups, slow response times, and unclean booths. The food looked like it had been thrown together without any pride of service.I realize the staff on duty are under pressure. It's no fun working under those kinds of conditions. The managers and owner need to look into the fact that some of their staff are remaining home when they are scheduled to work.There was a school strike the day I visited -- and some of the staff are stay at home moms. They had no choice, they had to stay home with their school-age kids. But shouldn't someone high up in the organization have anticipated this problem, been proactive, and provided these hardworking moms with day care for their children?Isn't that how successful business have always operated? Looking after their workers in times of need?The staff of a business are part of the 'household' of the business. In other words, they are 'family.' Business owners should treat them accordingly.“
“What a delightful find. We hardly ever noticed this small cafe in the corner of the plaza but finally stopped in. The food is fresh and unique. We both had breakfast poutines and were happy and content when done. We will definitely be back. The service is different. You sit down, look at the menu then place your order and pay at the counter. They will bring your food when ready.“
