Drive thru can become a messy experience when it's busy. Most staff are kind and helpful (though one staff seemed like working at Tim Hortons was the last place they wanted to work), and I've never had an issue with incorrect orders.
I like the drive thru because it always has great service but, one thing I wish would change is their iced Capps! Always dark, and not enough cream like a normal Icecapp would have.
