“Drive thru can become a messy experience when it's busy. Most staff are kind and helpful (though one staff seemed like working at Tim Hortons was the last place they wanted to work), and I've never had an issue with incorrect orders.“

“Two workers specifically have shown so much kindness, hard work, and determination to get the job done, and done correctly. Ever since I’ve started coming in I always hope that either Hayden or that one girl (I’m not sure of her name, I wish I got it to include in this) is working. 1. Because anytime I walk in and I need something, both individuals are more than happy to serve when needed. 2. So I can get my coffee or food made right, and on time. 3. So I can expect that real Canadian Tim’s experience! Keep up the amazing work, and those two need to be running that store. Completely blown away by their performances. 10/10!“

“This timmies is always so great, I go a few mornings a week. I always get treated nicely, even when my order is difficult they always seem to get it right. The staff has lots of patience with the long difficult orders I sometimes place. The team members are all very nice for the most part. Shout out to the afternoon supervisor who is always so nice to me when I go to this timmies on late evenings! They deal with a lot of nasty customers, and rude people but always have great attitudes. I always get served by the one girl Kendra on afternoons and she is so amazing and sweet and always makes my experience worth while! A really great atmosphere, people, and my orders are mostly made to perfection! 10/10 keep it up timmies.“

“The one middle age woman on Wednesday February 21 around 1pm was amazing with customer service. Even went in the back to look for a certain cake us dutchies love -advocaat- to see if possibly there was some that just we’re not put out. The sandwiches were amazing - reminded me of my Oma when she would make us a sandwich. On a round bun with ham and kaas. Love this place. We travel from Peterborough every couple of months and stock up each time.“

“This gem is a must. Cookies, squares, muffins, scones, bread, cup cakes, doughnuts is just a small list of their delicious delectables. Practically edible art.There is also a deli with a wonderful variety of meats and cheeses. They will build you a sandwich on the spot and to your liking.“
