“This morning I stopped in after my workout for a coffee. While eyes up all the delicious looking deserts. I remembered i’m an adult and can have desert for breakfast. I grabbed 1 of each flavour of cheesecake to try. OMG it was so good. The caramel cheese cake is my favourite. But now I need to find out what else I have been missing out on and try all their other deserts. I also really liked the coffee. Looks like Salinas is my new post workout stop. Trying everything else they offer on the menu is my next goal.“

“A no fuss no muss local breakfast, brunch, lunch and early dinner spot for locals in the Norfolk county area! The harmony has been a Simcoe diner staple and I have frequented many a time. Staff are observant and quick, happy to top up your cuppa. The restaurant only lost stars as they cannot accommodate certain dietary restrictions (gluten free specifically) and i had to order from the sides. Overall satisfactory, but the bakery counter is a delectable and mouth watering site (if you have dairy or gluten intolerance/allergy, you can observe your friends orders).“
