Service can be slow and at times you are waiting even for a mobile order that was placed 10 min before arrival. Staff can be disorganized and it doesn't always appear that someone is in charge or directing the flow and what everyone is supposed to be doing.
This location is easy to get in and out of, lots of parking and a drive through. Has been updated recently. The only downside is that we were there about 8pm and there were slim to no menu items left available to choose from. And being the only ones in line to order we had a noticeable wait before we were helped (~5mins), so I would gather they were understaffed at the time.

Too often, you are given the wrong order. You also will be disappointed when you go for a donut and the store shelves are empty because they do not restock until the following day.The prices have gone up, and the portions have gotten very small. Honestly, it's good for getting a drink when traveling.
