This Tim Hortons on Simcoe Street in tilsonburg Ontario is a very nice place for a get together for a cup of coffee a donut a sandwich soup whatever you need to make your acquaintance with other people nice atmosphere friendly staff great place.
We had a pipe burst today at work and had no water for coffee for our residents at our long term care home. The staff here jumped to the rescue helping us decide how much coffee and hot water we would need for the number of residents, and prepared our order quickly as we were already running late for breakfast. They boiled us a large canister of water for tea and prepared another large canister of coffee, they were kind enough to not charge for the water which we needed to return...read full review

This timmies is always so great, I go a few mornings a week. I always get treated nicely, even when my order is difficult they always seem to get it right. The staff has lots of patience with the long difficult orders I sometimes place. The team members are all very nice for the most part. Shout out to the afternoon supervisor who is always so nice to me when I go to this timmies on late evenings!
