I enjoy meeting my daughter here for a hot tea occasionally. For the most part, it's fine, nothing stands out. However, and honestly, I feel terrible saying this, but I believe a review should be a true sharing of the experience, the owner (at least I've been told he's the owner) is moody and it's easy to see.He's also, very shockingly, scolded my daughter (a 25-year-old woman) about how she was sitting. As far as coffee culture chains go, this is a good place. Their staff is good, their facilities are good, just nothing special compared to other coffee shops in the area. I’ve never had a bad experience, but I’ve also never been wowed!!

I have never been here before. The atmosphere was awesome, and it wasn't too loud even though it was very busy. Customer service was excellent. Bought some goodies, and they were very tasty. Seating was comfortable, will defenetly come again.
