I ordered Latte with oat milk and i repeated myself 3 times somehow barista heard it wrong and got me black coffee in a second and i was like i never ordered black coffee.I repeated my order again and they kept on saying Latte is black coffee. I didn’t argue and I asked for cappuccino.She got upset and it was so embarrassing for a person like me who works in same customer service field.Sorry but I will never ever visit here again!

I have never been here before. The atmosphere was awesome, and it wasn't too loud even though it was very busy. Customer service was excellent. Bought some goodies, and they were very tasty. Seating was comfortable, will defenetly come again.

I enjoy meeting my daughter here for a hot tea occasionally. For the most part, it's fine, nothing stands out. However, and honestly, I feel terrible saying this, but I believe a review should be a true sharing of the experience, the owner (at least I've been told he's the owner) is moody and it's easy to see.He's also, very shockingly, scolded my daughter (a 25-year-old woman) about how she was sitting. She had one leg bent with the heel of her shoe (it was summer) resting on the front of the seat. She cannot sit flat for very long, so this is the position used most often by her. It was doing no harm.

It's my go to place to chill out in Woodstock to sit down and have a coffee and a snack . It's got a cozy vibe , sometimes it's busy and you can't get any seats . Other than that I love it at coffee culture . Great snack menu and more ever good healthy options to eat .
