Drinks are fine when you get them but the service is shocking, 15 minute wait with only 3 drink orders ahead...... you need more staff or less customers. Guess which I am!
I would say this is the best milk tea in oxford with a variety of drinks. Will definite go there again. The staffs are friendly and the atmosphere is chilling. I used to be there for more than 4 hours. Sometime they even play my favourite Westlife song. I heard there is one tall and friendly, handsome staff who is leaving. That's quite sad..
