The fudge layer in these cakes was non-existent and that is one of the best parts! Need to reconsider this treat! Very disappointed!“

“The sever at the windows Damion, it was his first day, and he was amazing at the windows.His manger tried to step in and take over in the middle of ordering, but I asked for Damien to help me for practice. When it came time to pay, The manager ended up charging me for multiple items I didn't order. Once I noticed I asked to have it refunded and at first I was just offered a couple free items and basically asked to just leave the extra charges. But it was well over 20$ worth over, so I asked for my money back. Once I spoke to the manager again and pointed out where he messed up, he told me he had to call someone in elder to refund me. Very poor management & Customer service skills, on the managers behalf. Short while later, Damien came to the windows and said he's working on a refund. Props to Damien to handled the situation perfectly. He's definitely management material“

“harveys continues to be my boyfriend and i's go to burger place of choice and for good reason(s). the customer service is superb and always courteous towards the customer, affirming their tradition of the customer being in control of their food. they have dine in spaces that make you feel like you can stay a while and the employees ensure that vibe by reminding you that if you need anything to come up to the counter and ask. their ingredients are top of the crop and feel consistently capable of satisfying our harvey's cravings. i'd also like to give a special shoutout to gerald, he's wonderful! he made sure our desire to order was important when employees needed assistance before he could take our order. i swear that whenever we come to this location that there's always a little more of the ingredients in our food than i'd find in other fast food joints. thanks gerald and wharncliffe road south harvey's crew for making a delectable meal that made my boyfriend and i's mouths water anticipating the taste and our stomachs full as we ate it. cheers!“

“Hands down best gluten free pizza and dough. There are 3 of us in our family that are celiac and we are so happy with the taste and quality of the gluten free pizza. The hubby is not celiac and eats the regular deep dish and really enjoys it. We order often and it's a nice treat!

“Around noon on Thursday, June 25, 2026, I ate a 6inch smashed turkey & avocado no cheese sub on a 6inch gluten-free bun at this location. I would like to thank the very kind gentleman who served me as he was most attentive to my gluten-free health needs as he was very careful and made no fuss about changing gloves and knife so as to save me from as little gluten cross contamination as is possible in such a setting.
