We stopped in after visiting a friend of mine who had recently moved to London. Arby's is a family favourite so we decided to stop in for a quick lunch before heading back home. We live 2 hours away near Toronto so we needed a fast lunch. After ordering our food we waited maybe 5 minutes for the food to be ready. We were asked if we wanted any sauces. We both got the roast beef sandwhich combo one with curly fries one with regular fries. We enjoyed being able to get our own drinks...read full review

I Went through the drive through and ordered the Turkey sandwich and the bread was not tossed even lightly. I called to ask why it was not tested and was I formed that the toaster was not working well even though theyput it through the toaster. I was also told that they have had other complaints about the sandwich not being to tosted enough. My issue is they did not put my sandwich in the toaster at all, it was fresh bread. To the owner. Please buy this store a toaster.
