Rude drive thru employee made excuses for 15 minute wait in line at 8:15 pm today. I made a statement that the wait was a bit extreme then he told me to leave & closed the drive thru window. So I left, without my order for which I had waited 15 minutes +. Customer service was in 2022. I guess companies get what they pay for.

The male employee working the front counter on Friday December 15th at 8pm:He stands about 5'10 and has almost shoulder length black or dark hair maybe a mullet and he was a wearing a hat. He's about 20-25 years old.Honestly the rudest employee I have ever experienced there. He is absolutely not a good fit for this job and I was disgusted he actually served me. So rude and disrespectful, an extremely poor reflection on the rest of the hard working employees.1. Don't put food in your mouth and chew when your taking somebody's order2. Stop being disrespectful to patrons.3. Have some courtesy, and if someone is courteous to you--be receptive to it you are working in the service industry.4. Wash your greasy hair and face, you are serving people food and you look like you haven't even thought about taking a shower in days.5. If you want to smoke marijuana at work try to put some visine in your eyes or at least attempt to mask the odor.A very poor experience here, some people cant even get a job, this is a poor excuse for a working man he is obviously not even mature enough to have this job and it shows. I don't want to come back here now. The quality of the food is always low especially when they have multiple youths working at one time.

Edit: Finally got to the store. I haven't been to Arby's since highschool(I'm 50). I got the Arbynator deal, got it home and it was bordering on inedible. I think the fries were cooked in old oil or something, but the quality of food was a shadow of years ago and back then it wasn't that great. It was like burning $12 bucks. I had to toss the sandwiches. Never again.
I Went through the drive through and ordered the Turkey sandwich and the bread was not tossed even lightly. I called to ask why it was not tested and was I formed that the toaster was not working well even though theyput it through the toaster. I was also told that they have had other complaints about the sandwich not being to tosted enough. My issue is they did not put my sandwich in the toaster at all, it was fresh bread. To the owner. Please buy this store a toaster.
