“I'd love to be able to give a review higher than 5 for the service I received today. I ordered a large New York Steamer with an extra pickle and a couple of brownies. When asked if I was taking out or eating in, I replied that I was taking it home to split with my husband. When I got home and opened the bag, I saw two sub boxes. My first thought was that they made two subs. When I opened the boxes I saw that they had put half a sub in each one with it's pickle. That was a nice surprise and I called the store and told them how much I appreciated it - after the lunch rush was over, of course. Shannon and Miranda did an excellent job today, going above and beyond what was expected. The sub and brownies were excellent too.“
“Fantastic 1000%! One of the best subs I’ve ever eaten in Ontario and if that wasn’t enough, the service matched the quality of the food from the manager to the employees to the trainees, they treated me like family. Restaurant was spotless, very fast service and great prices. Washroom was immaculate. Will be eating here again for sure when we return to London. Wish we had one closer to home“

“The lady behind the counter was awesome. She put on new gloves, and went to the back to get a different knife to use on my husband's gluten free bun. She also went to the back to check what sauces are gluten free. To my susprise most of them are. I had the spicy chicken. It was spicy but not too spicy. The washroom was clean. I appreciate that. “I was the only customer in the store, 9pm ish on a Tuesday. The employee who took my order made a foot long when I asked for a 6". I didn't realize til he'd started making it so I thought well that's alright then I guess I'll get a foot long, save some for later maybe offer the other half to someone who looks or seems hungry. But the guy making my sandwich was in a different dimension or on some other planet because I had to constantly repeat myself. I had to stop him from adding cucumbers that I didn't ask for.“

“The only thing that "lost" this location stars is the fact that I wanted the smallest size of sub.I am on a Dr prescribed diet. “I might be bias as I am in there at least once a week. But always quick and efficient. Bread is always fresh and Staff are very polite. Sometimes if you go in during busy lunch hours they are a tad bit understaffed so you may have to wait. But they do they best as they can.“

“Love subs here , taste so great. Well made and good environment. Only problem I have is ordering to pick up. I have ordered 2x now and when I pick up there are onions on my sub after I have asked to have them removed. The recept on top of bag says no onions and still has onions. Minor annoyance but still more attention to details would be good as I really dislike onions.“
“Good subway. They make what you ask well and don't skimp out on the toppings like I have seen others do. Place is clean. Only reason why I don't give it 5 is because the machine always asks for a tip. Don't know if that is the fault of the franchise or the business.“
