“I've heard about this place, but hadn't been able to try it. Tried my first Original Sandwich, and it did not disappoint, and kinda sad I took so long to make it happen. Great size and value for the $, and the staff were great. (Wharncliffe location) The place was packed, and they had no issue getting orders out. Will be back, can't wait to try more menu items“

“The sever at the windows Damion, it was his first day, and he was amazing at the windows.His manger tried to step in and take over in the middle of ordering, but I asked for Damien to help me for practice. When it came time to pay, The manager ended up charging me for multiple items I didn't order. Once I noticed I asked to have it refunded and at first I was just offered a couple free items and basically asked to just leave the extra charges. But it was well over 20$ worth over, so I asked for my money back. Once I spoke to the manager again and pointed out where he messed up, he told me he had to call someone in elder to refund me. Very poor management & Customer service skills, on the managers behalf. Short while later, Damien came to the windows and said he's working on a refund. Props to Damien to handled the situation perfectly. He's definitely management material“

“Havent had MB in many many years. I ended up getting the 2 piece with tater poutine. Its was absolutely amazing. The chicken had just the right amount of grease, it wasnt covered in it like KFC. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Much better than other fast food restaurants. Ill definitely be back. Great food, great price and great staff. Can't ask for much more.“
