“I’ve been there many times. The new manager working there is very sweet, I assume her name is Arsu. Because I had to wait about 15 minutes, she gave me an extra chicken leg. You wouldn’t believe how nice that felt. She didn’t ignore the wait, she noticed it and actually cared about making it right. It was such a kind gesture. I wish there were more employees like her!“
