Honestly, everytime I come to this location at the night time drive-thru or in-store hours, everyone at cash has been so so lovely. Even the guy at the back cooking is smiling. I know it is not easy to work these hours especially as students, so thank you for smiling back at me when I start yapping about things on the menu or other things. App sucks so bad you can’t even order (payment issue) so all hassle and no points…
Went through drive through anyways then they forgot the side… no receipt in bag so can’t even appeal online.
Compared to other popeyes locations food was like a 3/10.
Only redeeming quality was that the portion size was more than fair.

I had an amazing experience at Popeyes, and a big reason was Ace, the manager. Ace went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from the friendly welcome to making sure my order was fresh, accurate, and served quickly. It's clear they genuinely care about both the customers and the team.
