“You definitely want to come here. Half chicken with potatoes arrived quick and went down quick. Portion was filling and absolutely delicious. Was not overcooked but definitely was full of flavour.

“Vuarnet Is by far the best fast food worker I have ever deal with. I come here on a few Mondays for the big Mary deal. Even though I’m not there every week and I’m not there for long with a small take out order he remembers my name. He is so nice and is always smiling. He always gets the order right and gets it done fast. If I had a company I’d hire him he is the best! The food is always great as well.“

“Tried Nando’s after wanting to check it out for a while. It has a different vibe compared to typical fast food, somewhere between fast casual and something like Swiss Chalet.

The ordering process is a bit unusual. You find a table first, then go to the cashier to order, and they bring the food to you. It works, but feels a bit less seamless than expected.

The chicken was okay, good, but not great. Honestly, I’ve had better results making it at home with their peri-peri sauce. The sides were a highlight though, the rice and cauliflower were both very tasty and well done.

Prices were Ok, and overall it’s an interesting concept. If you’re looking for a slightly upgraded version of fast food with a different flavor profile, it’s worth trying.“

“This is the best fried chicken in Hamilton, it beats juicy birds, Popeyes, KFC, Mary browns and churches, the chicken was amazing, the fries were unbelievable, very crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, the customer service was amazing too, we called and they didn’t answer but they called back and answered all our questions during the dinner rush, hands down the best experience we have had.“

“Good, honest people. Ordered the family meal online for $50, only to get to the store and be told that I could’ve gotten the same food cheaper with today’s deal. He then refunded me the full amount, and the deal price was $20 cheaper! He also made personal sauce recommendations to enhance my order, and through a free Caesar dressing because it complemented the wing sauce I picked. Truly went above and beyond.“

“I am a huge fan of Popeye's and have been for years. It's way better than KFC!

I was so glad when they opened this one close to us (50 Rd. Plaza on the Service Rd.).

I'd say it's no better or worse than any other location I've ever been to, however I do have one complaint.

Since their new chicken sandwich came out (at the time of this original review - I've since edited it) we have been hooked on them, but we always have to order extra sauce on them and even then, it's like the lads and lasses making the sandwiches, feel like the sauce they put on them, is literally coming out of their own paycheques! They are super stingy with it. I always have to ask for EXTRA extra sammy sauce, just to get what I'd consider to be a normal amount.!

Loosen on up on the sauce, guys!

Besides that, no other real complaints, except for a tile in the bathroom that sets my OCD off. lol.

“I came by very late last night just after they closed and the manager made sure I still had a nice warm meal. It was freezing and it was beyond appreciated.
