I ordered from here back in December. There was something off about the lettuce but I still ate it because I thought it was just me and that they would have standards to know if food is gone bad or not. I ended up getting really sick and went to the hospital for it. I recovered and I’m fine now. Going to take another chance with this place because it’s the closest Wendy’s to me and my work.. So...I know someone who ordered a potato and had not one, not two but three dead roaches in it. So I don't know about buying food here anymore. And instead of refunding and giving a replacement meal for free they gave a very basic apology and offered to give another potato. You know cuz they want to eat the rest of their food now....yuck! Usually fast food restaurants go above and beyond for when they make a mistake. But this isn't something simple like a missing item or something...read full review

Service is usually consistent (in a good way) but the food has not been great lately. Burgers are not put together well or with all ingredients, frostys are soupier, and there's WAY too much ice in the drinks. The chicken strips are always amazing, though: cooked well, fresh and hot!
