I'm new in London and wanted to eat a real burger. I called the Bungalow and ordered. The waitress who took my call was exceptional in terms of service and customer service.

My wife and numerous friends have been to the Bungalow numerous times. While the food and service have been good in the past, we had not had any main issues to recently. Based on how the owner dealt with the most recent experience, we would not return (the initial issue related to food quality, lack of service).
