“Went in for a family lunch in the early afternoon. The atmosphere was very nice. Not empty, but not too busy, just right. The apetizers and drinks were spot on. However, the experience with main dishes was not that nice. The stakes were average and the knives were not sharp to the point where we thought the stakes were not tender at all (eating leftovers at home with sharp knives was a better experience), chicken fajitas were also average, and we could not finish a chicken sandwich because of how bad it was and how it did not go with the sides. I have to say we expected a bit more for the money we spent there.“
“This is a great location as the food is delicious and the servers are friendly.A bizarre interaction did occur with one of the managers where he was inattentive twice to my husband's food and the server professionally remedied it without pointing out it was her manager's fault with the comedy of errors. We were so impressed that my husband wrote a wonderful review of the server on the website (without pointing out that the manager caused the issues in the first place). About 30 mins after leaving, said inattentive manager calls and says he was the one who fixed it! We were shocked since as a leader you should celebrate your employees. I truly hope that this was a one off and this is not the normal behavior of management as the servers and bussers are great.“
“One of the best spots in London for a perfect family breakfast. No doubt the lunches are just as phenomenal but haven't been able to make it past the breakfast menu. The breakfast poutine is heavenly much like the staff. Don't have a single negative thing to say about this place after years of filling my belly on their scrumptious breaky's.“

“From the outside, it's hard to tell what you'll find inside (boost that external marketing!) but I saw 'DONUTS' and took a chance by wandering in. The space feels like it was destined for more, with no real seating; more of a take-out lunch counter. I grabbed 3 of the last 4 donuts (it was near close) and munched one on the way home. My partner said the old fashioned glazed was the best donut he ever had in his life, and he ate it the day after I brought it home! I look forward to returning for more donuts.“

“We had a very pleasant experience at Montana's tonight. The service was friendly, fast and hot, our server was Telt and he was very personable and checked back on us several times. He had a great sense of humour and made our experience memorable. We have been to this location several times before and it is not always very quick.“
