We had the good fortune of being sat in Austen's section. We recognized him from a previous visit and his service did not disappoint. Attentive, pleasant and accommodating on a busy Friday night!
When we dine at East Side Mario's, we always drive across town to this one. It has the best service out of the 3 in London.Our server Andrea was great. She was really kind to our daughter and was quick to refill drinks and soup.ESM is my wife's favorite restaurant, we're glad that this one is still good.Portions of the all-you-can soup and salad have decreased, meaning longer wait times between reorders which can be annoying on busier days.

A great meal at a reasonably priced well serviced restaurant. First time dining in. A very pleasant experience although it was full it has low ceilings so the noise doesn't become overwhelming.
