Great place to have a beer. Tricia and Julia are exceptionally great at their job and their customer service excels. The beer and food are excellent, we will definitely be back.
This is our first time visit to Beer Town in London. We were pleasantly greeted and the service was exceptional. Tricia De Sando, Asst. GM was so very gracious, took time to talk to us and made us feel so very welcome, recommending a good craft beer. Julia was also super with her customer service, welcoming us warmly and the food she recommended was delicious. We are definitely going back there, they are great with customer service. Congratulations on a great job.
We just had a great evening at Beertown, London. I have celiac, and these folks went out of their way to accommodate me. Host Tyler gets a big shout-out for running (literally!) down to Farm Boy to grab a bag of their GF corn chips, so that I could enjoy Beertown's delicious guacamole. Our server, Lauren G was fabulous, and General Manager Christina Hopeson and Beverage Manager Kendra Sauder were also very kind and hospitable.
