She came by and checked on us twice after our food was delivered and noticed that we could use some more napkins, which she just brought over and gave us without being asked. “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve always loved Ring A Wing for having the best wings and prices in town, but tonight they proved why we choose them time and time again. We accidentally set our $50 pickup order to their London location (an hour away 😩). Tired, frustrated, and now food-broke, we called the London store and were told there was nothing they could do. But in dealing with the Brantford location, they ended up making our order fresh and said they would work it out with the other location themselves, even though it’s a separate owner and was going to be a major hassle for them to sort out. Not to mention the loss in goods. They could have told us “sorry, nothing we can do either, - sorry you’re dumb for making this mistake…” but instead, they made our problem their problem - and that is what amazing local business looks like. I can’t believe the generosity and amazing service. We are so incredibly grateful, and it just made us love this place even more. If you’re wondering where to get wings in Brantford, Ring A Wing is it. Best wings, best prices, and more importantly - best people. Highly recommend!“

“East Side Mario’s? Cancel the franchise agreements. Tear down the neon signage. As of tonight, the establishment is officially North End Kim’s, and I will personally battle (kind words only) anyone in the corporate office who says otherwise. Mario has been coasting on his laurels for decades; Kim (our waitress) is the true, undisputed monarch of casual dining.
I ordered the tomato soup and the cheese cappelletti. What Kim delivered was a liquid baptism and a bowl of ricotta-filled miracles. When she set the soup down, it didn’t just steam, I think it fixed my lower back pain maybe and I felt more comfortable admitting that maybe the grudges I’ve been holding in my life just aren’t worth it. It’s not just endless bread when Kim is your server, it’s the beginning of peace, but also so much bread. I felt comfortable eating fast because I knew that if I started choking she would save me, FOR SURE, that’s just the vibe she gives. Could that weird singing delivery robot do that? No way… it doesn’t have any Heimlich delivering attachments…. Not yet at least.

Is she there when you need her? Instantly. Is she hovering too often? Never. I know that makes it seem like maybe she is a service poltergeist who appears and disappears but she’s just the kindest and nicest waitress who offered me a refill of Diet Pepsi even though it was so close to bedtime.

So would I go back? Yes. For two reasons, 1) it was a pleasant experience thanks to Kim specifically but also the cooks and 2) to make sure that they know that those weird singing delivery robots are no match for Kim’s kind, prompt service and they will never save my life. Ever.

“The Harvey’s at 57 King George Rd in Brantford is lucky to have Tanisha on the team. Fast-food spots are busy, but she manages to treat every customer like a priority. She was incredibly kind, fast, and made sure our entire order was handled perfectly with a great attitude.

“Went today for a late lunch. Walked in got greeted immediately by a very kind and pleasant server Dennise. From the start service was impeccable. We sat watching her absolutely kill it doing bar, serving, bussing, and hosting as well as the patio, not a single person had an empty drink the entire time we were there and she did it all with a smile then to find out she was doing dishes as well 😀 being the only one working FOH! This girls deserves a RAISE and then some !! Fantastic 10/10!!“
