Ordered a standard dinner for two over the phone for take out. Food/chicken seemed to be left out and was quite dry. Fries were definitely stale. Surprisingly, the bun was fresh and still warm. For the price, it was below average. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
We had an amazing time at Swiss Chalet for a birthday recently! Danielle was our server and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience! The food was hot and she made sure our cups and sauces were always full! She even brought us finger bowls which we thought was a thing of the past! We will definitely be back and hope Danielle is there to serve us again!

Short staffing so it was a long wait. I don't want to hear about not enough staff. I don't want to feel guilty for going out to eat. The order was mixed up, my husband never got his coffee.
