“had such a great experience at Dairy Queen today! I stopped in on November 30th at around 11 AM, and I have to give a special shout-out to the incredible employee who served me. She was super kind, very helpful, and genuinely so sweet from the moment I walked in.
What really stood out was how talented she is with the cake writing — seriously, her icing work is amazing! You can tell she takes pride in what she does and goes above and beyond to make sure everything looks perfect.
Great customer service, delicious treats, and an employee who truly deserves recognition. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Today is Miracle Treat Day. Pretty much the only person on the counter tonight was a young man named Brady. There was another guy helping but Brady was taking 95% of the orders. He was visibly stressed with the volume of orders but he was holding it together. Every time he went in the back he was pumping up the other employees. He was managing pretty darn good. Lineup was out the door. Bravo to Brady. Im not sure why there wasnt more staff on, but he handled it. And those Apple Caramel blizzards were fantastic!“
“I just had a $4 banana split at Dairy Queen. Where else can you get that? Everything was fresh, the service was quick and friendly and the establishment looked clean. And I think their split looked bigger than last year??
I live on a budget so I really appreciate being able to take my son out for an exceptional treat. Thank you Dairy Queen! Every DQ location in Brantford has banana splits and peanut buster parfaits for $4 on Wednesdays. It's really worth checking out!“
