“Food was delicious, the prices were reasonable and service was great. What I like most was how quick the service was. My food came so fast. The staff were very cautious and polite. It felt quite homely. Based on my experience here, I will be coming back again and again. I will also recommend them to my friends and family as well as colleagues as a go to place for good food.“

“Visited the shop recently to try the Brownie and Oreo Cupfection. It was very tasty and satisfying. The employees were polite and quick. The outdoor seating is a nice feature of the shop. Situated right besides the Rathburn road and have plenty of other shops nearby. Had an overall satisfying experience and planning to visit often.“

“This is a pretty good place, we get our food pretty fast. The food is a bit pricey for the size for me. Some of the seats are made in a way where they move back to their original position which can be troubling if you put like a bag on it.Parking: Don't worry about parking, this plaza is never full.“

“Dakota and Sara absolutely made my day. Their service was not only helpful but they were so happy to help. I came in at closing time and they were so wonderful and accommodating to my modifications. The banana split Dakota made was the best one I’ve seen (and I go to DQ ALOT) and Sara was so genuine and asked how my day was. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you ladies!“

“Giving 4 stars and cutting one star ,coz of customer service. Desert were great but the person who was serving the ice cream was rude , no smile on face no talk nothing , i said thanks and didnt even get reply back.they need to bump up their customer service to get 5 stars.“

“My partner and I come to this location frequently and we never experience any issues. Our order is always perfect and the staff is always friendly. Rupinder and Kashish are the employees that typically serve us and they are always professional and friendly.Unfortunately on our visit tonight there was an irate customer who was complaining about a cake purchase. (Even though she ended up leaving with the cake) She was yelling at the staff and the staff remained calm and engaged with the customer professionally. I am leaving this review to note that the staff here have always been great and the way they handled that situation very well. The customer advised they would be leaving a bad review but from what I gathered, there wasn’t anything done wrong and the situation was handled appropriately.“

“One of the workers here really needs to understand how to manage a crowd. It was close to closing time, and the workers had poor communication with each other because one of them was saying that they were closed, and the other one was saying that they were still taking orders. It was super confusing in an organized on their end, and that resulted in a lot of waiting in line. It made some people upset because they had to give up their line in spot because in the end they were closed. I managed to get my order in, and I ordered a Oreo blizzard dirt pie. Firstly, the menu is super confusing and I can’t really read or see anything. I didn’t even know I was ordering that, I just saw the first thing and just ordered it. But there was no image or description at all so I didn’t even know what I was ordering. When the worker pulled out some gummy worms I was like, oh my goodness I didn’t even know they were going worms in this. There’s not really a problem, but it would’ve been nice for me to know ahead of time. The ice cream itself was really good, but honestly I think it’s a little bit overpriced.“

“Banana Split synonyms with DQ. We have been having this summer treat for years now, at this location. Nine times out of ten it’s been great. However, this time the banana split ice cream started to melt earlier than usual. The banana splits we bring home are transported in Arctic zone Titan. Observation - we would see two staff members work on our order. This time there was only one. Staffing issues or complacency? I do not know“

“We were passing by and decided to go in for ice cream. I changed my mind when we went in as I always look for deals. I had a single cheese burger, fires, small strawberry sunday, and ice tea, which was only $8. My kids' blizzard was $8, lol. Everything was good, just that the bun was a little sweet for me. Good place for deals and yummy ice cream and ice cream cakes. Service was excellent, very polite and very helpful and efficient.“

“Always consistent with their ingredients. The person who made our order and worked as a cashier was very kind, professional and had a very positive vibe. He gave us coupons too! Wish I remembered his name but I’m sure the owner knows who this wonderful person is.“
