“I have to say how thoroughly pleased I am with this particular location. It is the best location I have enjoyed so far in Guelph. The staff are always top shelf and truly professional. They are very friendly and helpful every time I walk in there. I never wait anymore than 5 minutes maximum even when they are super busy. This operation is kept very clean and organized. Also, I will say that their customer service skills are second to none. Literally. They are a very knowledgeable and cohesive team. They're always smiling and laughing as they achieve greatness on behalf of this location. I've been in the restaurant and hospitality industry for 42 years now, and this is the team I would want to work for me. Well done everyone, I'm proud of you. As a side note, I'm in their location at least 3 days a week, because I love the level of service, I've come to know and get everytime I walk in the door. Thank you so much for being here. “Always a great experience at this location! Staff are always friendly and smiling. Today I tried the new Skor and Brownie Caramel/Fudge sundae and WOW was it amazing! The warm brownie (HUGE chunks!) with warm sauces made this the best DQ sundae I've ever had! And a big shout out to the smiling and very pleasant Harman, who made my sundae so amazing! Entry and exit to parking lot is dreadful. Sign is blocked by neighboring foliage and curb turns are tight. Probably typical for current urban space conditions.
