“We just had to put a review for this DQ as my wife and I had a craving for a DQ banana split so we stopped at Fairview Park Mall in Kitchener. We met a very nice man working there named Brad and he answered a long queried question we had about Chocolate soft Ice cream being available in Canada, as my wife had it many times in the U.S but it was not available here. Brad told us why and that he actually carried it and it is starting to come to many locations, well my wife was giddy with joy and she got her special banana split with chocolate soft ice cream with chocolate sauce and the rest of the items found on a banana split. We would like to thank Brad very much for answering our question and about being so nice and easy to talk to and deal with, you should hire more people like him as we will definitely going back to this location because of Brad. Also taking initiative to see the cues that I had changed my mind for the order to stay - he accommodated. In a world where this used to be the standard but now you're lucky to even get a real friendly smil.
