“I recently ordered a custom cake & it was perfect! Picked it up a day early and it wouldn’t fit in my freezer at home! Called the store, brought it back (it had started to melt) and Bhoomi was so kind and helpful and reassured me she could fix it for pickup the next day. She even texted me later to show me. “I really like this location! Always have liked their soft serve ice cream. I stopped outside once with my dog but didn't go in to order anything. The worker came out and gave us water and a pup cup for the dog. It was appreciated as it was hot out. Moolatte is worth getting!“

“Came last minute before closing and ordered a single patty cheeseburger and a blizzard.

I just want to say outstanding service. They served me the burger fresh as if I came in the morning and they gave me an extra patty instead of throwing it to waste while I ordered only one beef patty. And it was in a box instead of wrapped in paper. And they never gave an attitude and they treated me with warmth even though I know I was an inconvenience for coming last minute. Thankyou guys and definitely coming back. Don’t worry a bit earlier than this lol 😂“

“Went for a quick treat with dad as other location on king/Ottawa was packed. Was in and out at this location.

Sucks they got rid of the bench out front,.but because of the neighborhood I can understand why.

I would encourage this location to not allow drug users to hang around their parking lot and taking up parking spaces. As I sat and had my ice cream, people came and left once they seen the drug users sitting there passed out.
Maybe get together with the store hire security to discourage this behavior.

Would be nice to have a small table out front instead having to sit in my hot car.. bring back the bench.“
