“I recently ordered a custom cake & it was perfect! Picked it up a day early and it wouldn’t fit in my freezer at home! Called the store, brought it back (it had started to melt) and Bhoomi was so kind and helpful and reassured me she could fix it for pickup the next day. She even texted me later to show me. Situation- i order the ice cream from uber pick up. When i arrived there i get to know that i ordered the wrong flavour. Even they already made it for me. The guy me to wait for sometime and then replaced it with my favourite flavour. Ty for the help“

“I really like this location! Always have liked their soft serve ice cream. I stopped outside once with my dog but didn't go in to order anything. The worker came out and gave us water and a pup cup for the dog. It was appreciated as it was hot out. Moolatte is worth getting!“

This location suggested to me they can make it for a small up charge, as its essentally another item on the menue already with one thing removed and something added. Super happy, Great expierence. “Went for a quick treat with dad as other location on king/Ottawa was packed. Was in and out at this location.

Sucks they got rid of the bench out front,.but because of the neighborhood I can understand why.

I would encourage this location to not allow drug users to hang around their parking lot and taking up parking spaces. As I sat and had my ice cream, people came and left once they seen the drug users sitting there passed out.
Maybe get together with the store hire security to discourage this behavior.

Would be nice to have a small table out front instead having to sit in my hot car.. bring back the bench.“
