Dairy Queen in St. Catharines

“Friendly staff and tasty treats. Prices are overboard nowadays and certain items come up slightly more expensive than advertised on the sign. Super Smoothie was listed as 9.19 but at the register, it was 9.29. Not a crazy difference but what else could be wrong?“

“Decent spot, wait times seem reasonable, maybe a tad more than you’d expect but nothing like Avondale. Could use an upgrade in seating and atmosphere, pretty outdated. Staff seem engaged and helpful. Product is consistent. Mobile orders could be handled more efficiently, not sure what the point is if it doesn’t speed the process up“

“I wanted to share that this location is wonderful. I’ve ordered my last couple cakes from here but had some issues with final products. When I reached out I recieved a prompt reply in form of text message. They graciously made me another cake free of charge to rectify the issue. I didn’t expect that so they definelty went above and beyond. I will continue to order my cakes from Merritt Street location. Great customer service and quality cakes and treats.“
