She wasn’t at the shop when I called and came to help make sure my order was completed on the timeline I had. She then was very helpful with getting the cake delivered to the proper location! It was great customer service experience!“

“Did a take out order from this place as a cap to a dinner I went to with a group.The food (blizzard) itself is very uniform for all branches at this point. The only reason that it might get messed up is if your order was made by someone new to the job. Basically, you get what you want and you will get what you expect.The service is prompt and it helps that everyone knows what they want so it went smoothly.The place is well kept and well lit. I wouldn't have minded to sit in and enjoy my Blizzard there.Overall, the franchise is well kept with trained staff to ensure a smooth time. I can't really comment on the ice cream because it is very uniform across all branches at this point.“

“Top deck blizzards. However, I will tell you that this particular establishment closed approximately 20 minutes early one night when my fiendish girlfriend was dying for a skor and cookie dough blizzard. I had to satisfy her insatiable appetite. So we got in the old Honda Accord and B-lined it for this DQ! Well, suffice to say there were no hot eats and cool treats that night because the teenagers that work there decided "heck, no one's coming in for no blizzards at this hour" and closed up shop early. We were so disappointed that the posted hours of operation were not adhered to that we were forced to go to a local frozen yogurt shop. Ultimately, this change in plans ended up being a massive success because QQ froyo is just a few minutes away, and they were epically helpful with massive amounts to toppings. I'm talking gummy worms. I'm talking cookie dough. I'm talking cherries. I'm talking the whole kit & kaboodle!With all that said, when I do get a blizzard from DQ nothin, makes me feel more ooey gooey inside than getting that cool treat in my food puss! ?“
