“Best service I've ever received at a KFC location. For a food court location their food is pretty fresh. If I need any accommodation or changes, the manager is very good at solving my concerns. The employees also seem very happy so I prefer this location to others in the Brantford area 👍“

“Order is always hot and fresh, correct to order. Service is usually very friendly and comes from knowledgeable staff that have the menu memorized and don’t hesitate to answer any questions made about the menu and certain menu items. Very speedy and efficient. There’s an employee that works there every once in a while when we’ve gone in that I had made a Marketplace purchase from a few months ago, and we most definitely have to brag that they have given us the best customer service experience by far. They’re quick, speed efficient, thorough on ensuring the order is made and packaged professionally with well rehearsed knowledge and displays confidence in providing you service that will leave you smiling and feeling valued. Excellent display of customer service skills! (Wish we would have saved a receipt from ordering with them to ensure proper recollection of their name so it’s known who we are praising and hyping!)
