“I went to the store in person next week. The manager was nice and gave me the missing zinger and poutin.

I ordered from KFC.ca and was very disappointed. I was missing my Zinger sandwich, even though I received the Twister and Famous Sandwich. The restaurant didn’t pick up when I called, and KFC's head office refused to refund me, leaving me out of pocket with no way to resolve the issue. This isn’t the first time I’ve had missing items either – last month, they forgot my poutine. I’m starting to wonder if my items are being stolen by the driver or if the staff is simply careless. Either way, it's unacceptable, and I’m frustrated with the lack of customer service and accountability.“
