KFC in Burlington offers a mixed experience according to recent reviews. The chicken quality stands out among other options in the area, although the pieces in the buckets can be unevenly distributed. Some customers have noticed a decline in cleanliness and overall product quality, including side dishes like potato salad and coleslaw. The lack of customer service and unfriendly staff have been a common complaint, alongside concerns about hygiene practices in the kitchen. Despite some inconsistencies, others have found the food to be fresh and tasty, especially highlighting the plant-based options like the vegan Chik'n meal. While some have had issues with missing items in their orders, they appreciate the prompt resolution from the staff. Overall, KFC in Burlington seems to have room for improvement in terms of service quality and consistency, but still attracts customers with its unique flavors and plant-based choices.
