KFC in Kitchener

“We had a surprisingly pleasant experience at the KFC on Homer Watson Rd.in Kitchener. I placed an online order through their website and paid with my credit card, but I didn't receive any email confirmation. I assumed I'd made a mistake and the order hadn't gone through, so I placed it again - same result. After downloading their app and checking my order history, I found that my orders were listed, but they didn't have any order numbers. The order never arrived. After several attempts to call the store, I finally spoke to a representative around 10:00 PM. They asked me to visit the store with proof, which I did the next afternoon. The store manager was incredibly helpful and polite, giving us one order and promising to credit us for the second. He even threw in some free drinks.“

“Usually have no issue with this place. I mean it's a taco bell/KFC, you get what you pay for. But just remind your employees that sitting in the counters you place the food while waiting to bag the rest is a tiny bit unhygienic. My part timers in my fast food job would never be caught doing that“

“Been coming to this particular branch every Saturday during my lunch for more than 2 months now, very nice meals, awesome staffs, I really love the place, I’m always able to relax a little after eating because of its cozy environment. Lovely place😊.“
