Food was hot and very good !!!!!
Around 4:50 I just walked into the restaurant I placed my order and asked the cashier if I could wait. Still, I want fresh sandwich she refused saying that she couldn’t put 1 sandwich because it's a big machine I asked her twice but the reply was the same and all of the above people don't use GLOVES while making and packing up the order.. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the environment was and how fresh and tasty the food was. I ordered a Zinger sandwich with fries and chicken tenders, and everything was hot and fresh!
However, the older ladies working there seemed a little annoyed with customers. Maybe they were just tired, which is completely understandable, but it did affect the overall experience a little.

At KFC, the fried chicken portions may be smaller compared to other chains, and the white meat can be dry. The chicken is not always crispy but can be juicy. The gravy's consistency varies, sometimes tasting burnt or watery. Despite its flaws, KFC is considered comfort food for occasional indulgence in greasy, cholesterol-rich meals.
This location has definitely stepped it up. Staff member Pooja has excellent customer service skill, creating a welcoming experience. The food comes out fast, fresh and hot. The service is quick and the staff is friendly. The menu now offers halal chicken options, though the kitchen staff could be more consistent in using gloves and hair coverings. The parking around the plaza is plentiful.
