The chicken pieces were very small, what happened to the nice piece you use to get very disappointed for the 86 dollars we spent on the meal the only thing we enjoyed was their new fries

I was at this location on Sunday, April 07 @ 2:45p and the Indian lady taking my order was rude and then after I paid, she started yelling and calling me and my sister f:;@$g b&$@s and f&$!&g hideous because I corrected her with our order. The location was full of witnesses who were “shocked” and the gentleman behind us told the other server to get the manager at which point I told the manager what she called us because she was upset that I corrected her. The manager did not apologize for her behaviour and said she will speak with her. Once she opened her mouth and said “f:;)$g b#€¥s”that is ground for dismissal on the spot. There is no place in customer service to yell and swear at a customer for correcting their own mistake.No one that I know will ever step foot in one of your restaurants ever again!They must be held accountable for their actions and terminated immediately!!!

This review is about an incident that occurred on April 7th at 2:45pm. Me and my sister went to order a meal for our family at this location. My sister orders here a lot and the same meal. The lady at the counter wouldn’t allow my sister to modify the chicken bucket which she usually does. The manager was making chicken in the back and told her back that she can modify it. The lady at the counter was so upset that she threw her microphone set on the counter and started yelling at me and my sister after we placed the order. She said that we were giving her attitude and she swore at us. My sister tried to record but couldn’t get it on time. The other customers were shocked about how the lady at the cash register was behaving. The man asked one of the other workers to call the manager. She ended up yelling that we were hideous and that she doesn’t care because we don’t pay her salary. The manager ended up coming up from the back and pretended like she didn’t hear anything. I told her that I was shocked about the customer service and she said she would talk to her after we leave. We told the manager that she should be fired and we are going to head office. The manager didn’t even say sorry or seemed like she cared. Good luck to the worker’s at this location as we are going directly to head office. This is not fair and we will never go back to this location.

I felt like the employees were not friendly.Especially Dimple ( who’s working in back)Everyone went to the backside and was just talking in there own language ,and she’s suggesting other employee not to be friendly with customers . they didn’t keep spicy mayonnaise with my order, one of the employees acted like I owed her some money.I definitely feel like those kinds of attitudes don't work for a customer service job. I usually go to this store whenever I feel like having KFC, but based on this behaviour I need to rethink!!!!!

Workers aren’t very friendly, service is super slow, and they never answer the phone which helps a lot for me because i order the plant-based sandwich which takes 10 minutes to make.
Went today Super Bowl Sunday to get a bucket of chicken and they could not fill a bucket as they had very little chicken seems like someone dropped the ball big time as they have a promotion for buy one bucket get one free. They did not even offer any discount on future bucket or anything.

Whenever I go here they don't make my order right.They always leave out at least 1 item.I try to call and complain about my order when I get home and I'm sure they just have the phone off the hook because its literally always busy.I will never go here again.I have given them more chances then they deserve...The management of this establishment should seriously assess there staff because I'm 100% sure they are loosing business on a regular basis due to this..

I felt like the employees were not friendly. Everyone went to the backside and was just talking, and we had to call them when we needed something. Also, when I asked for some ketchup with my order, one of the employees acted like I owed her some money. I definitely feel like those kinds of attitudes don't work for a customer service job. I usually go to this store whenever I feel like having KFC, but now I doubt I will go there again due to the employees' attitude and unfriendliness.
