“Rosie at KFC was absolutely wonderful! The headsets weren’t working, but she went out of her way to come outside and kindly let me know to pull up to the window. Despite the situation, she stayed extremely polite, helpful, and professional.
She took my order smoothly, packed everything perfectly, and even offered me a variety of sauces to choose from, which I really appreciated. Her attitude truly made the experience better.
KFC should definitely fix their equipment—employees like Rosie shouldn’t have to come outside in the heat just to guide customers. She went above and beyond, and it didn’t go unnoticed!“
“One item was missing from my Uber eats. When I phoned to report it the assistant manager was so helpful and kind. He offered to bring some of the missing items and some extras and deliver it himself on his way home from work. This was above and beyond the call of duty and I'm very impressed. As promised he delivered some delicious chicken add a large coleslaw to my door. I was amazed and thankful. He also said he would make sure any future orders are done right. Thank you KFC on Wonderland road South London Ontario!“

“Excellent services whether it’s for taking orders or handing out food, its really good. For my order I tried the 4 piece box meal which includes 4 pieces of chicken, popcorn chicken, fries, one side all of these items are well placed inside a box, chicken taste is outstanding ( the cook is really good I can say). Keep this good work guys you are great.“
“Absolutely outstanding experience at this KFC branch! The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked — you can really taste the quality and care in every bite now. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the sides were just as delicious.
What truly made this visit exceptional was the staff. Every team member was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They handled orders quickly, kept everything organized, and went above and beyond to make sure customers were happy. It’s rare to see such great teamwork and positive energy.
The restaurant itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere. You can tell the staff take pride in their work. Way better than before.

“I ordered from this location last night and came away impressed! I ordered online, and although it was a few minutes late, the staff were friendly, apologetic, and accommodating. When I got home I discovered they gave me 5 wings for free as well! I did notice the gravy tasted a bit off, but it’s been a while since I’ve ordered from KFC so maybe the recipe has changed. Just a note to double check the dipping sauces as 2 of the 3 I got were incorrect but I still enjoyed my meal despite that. No complaints and I would order from here again!“
“Tried KFC today and honestly it hit different The chicken was super crispy on the outside and juicy inside, like actually fresh and well cooked. The seasoning was on point — not too spicy, not bland, just perfect.
Fries were hot and crunchy, and the combo meal was totally worth the price. Also, the staff were really chill and quick with the service, didn’t have to wait long at all.“
