“Today was my first time ordering from that store and I was surprised today from the service and the experience that I had today , the girl in the front helped me a lot even tho I was confused what to order but she was soo patient and soo nice and she did her best to give me options for what I was looking for , she made my day and ofc I will keep coming to that store .
Also I wish if she will stay at the store and helping others like hat she have done for other but also I wish her and others team members the best 🙏“

She runs around like a chicken with her head cut off doing everything!! Mopping the lobby while taking orders. Not one other staff member spoke to us or even acknowledged anyone.“

“Well, it's KFC, this store has been renovated and they have a new batch of personnel that is much better than the summer one. The layout in very confusing without proper signs and started using service ordering units, what I don't see the point for a very small store.“

“Stopped by the KFC on Wellington and had a great experience! The chicken was hot, crispy, and super tasty. Staff were friendly and got my order out fast. Everything was fresh and the place looked clean. Definitely one of the better KFCs I’ve been to — I’ll be coming back for sure! 🍗🙌“

“Absolutely outstanding experience at this KFC branch! The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked — you can really taste the quality and care in every bite now. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the sides were just as delicious.

What truly made this visit exceptional was the staff. Every team member was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They handled orders quickly, kept everything organized, and went above and beyond to make sure customers were happy. It’s rare to see such great teamwork and positive energy.

The restaurant itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere. You can tell the staff take pride in their work. Way better than before.

“Excellent services whether it’s for taking orders or handing out food, its really good. For my order I tried the 4 piece box meal which includes 4 pieces of chicken, popcorn chicken, fries, one side all of these items are well placed inside a box, chicken taste is outstanding ( the cook is really good I can say). Keep this good work guys you are great.“

“I ordered from this location last night and came away impressed! I ordered online, and although it was a few minutes late, the staff were friendly, apologetic, and accommodating. When I got home I discovered they gave me 5 wings for free as well! I did notice the gravy tasted a bit off, but it’s been a while since I’ve ordered from KFC so maybe the recipe has changed. Just a note to double check the dipping sauces as 2 of the 3 I got were incorrect but I still enjoyed my meal despite that. No complaints and I would order from here again!“
