Order is always hot and fresh, correct to order. Service is usually very friendly and comes from knowledgeable staff that have the menu memorized and don’t hesitate to answer any questions made about the menu and certain menu items. KFC offers a mix of great food and service. The restaurant's gravy is praised, and the food is often noted to be very steamy and nicely cooked. However, some customers have experienced issues with their orders, which have sometimes been sent to the wrong houses or delayed. Despite these problems, the staff is polite and understanding, often crediting orders when mistakes occur. The restaurant is understaffed, leading to long wait times, but employees work hard to provide good service. Customers also mention the outside of the building looks worn, which might cause potential customers to pass by. Nevertheless, many find this location has excellent customer service, with staff going above and beyond to assist during busy times. One customer highlighted the cashier's kindness when she allowed them to have their meal even with missing change. Another customer appreciated the extra condiments and tissues provided. Some feedback suggests that while the food is fresh, the chicken could be more crunchy. Overall, this location is seen as offering some of the best service compared to other places.
