About KFC

KFC is a restaurant known for its chicken, but recent experiences have left some customers disappointed. Despite generally decent quality and cleanliness, there have been issues with missing food items and greasy, soggy chicken. The lack of signature items like plum/sweet and sour sauce and green coleslaw has also been noted. However, the staff are friendly and helpful, and online orders for quick pickup are usually accurate. The gravy consistency can vary, but overall, the service is quick. The location offers plenty of parking in a strip mall and is wheelchair accessible with designated parking spaces. Customers have shared mixed experiences: some received their meals without gravy or found limited seating options, while others praise the quality of the food and the care taken by staff. Many appreciate the efficient drive-thru service, where receipts are handed out automatically, and some mention that large buckets prepared in advance are excellent for group meals. Despite some negative comments, others find the food fresh and the service efficient at this KFC location.
