Staff were pleasant and helpful. But to be honest, KFC has unfortunately gone downhill. 1st the last time we ordered our chicken, it was delivered without our CHICKEN?? So we called them and they said they would put it on file with our phone number.... surprise, surprise, no one there had a clue or do they put phone number on file for our reimbursement.... Ok, so we give them another chance, I was willing to walk at this point, then we order, once again great service, and our chicken was so greasy that all the skin and breading was falling off, not because of the crispness, but because it was so soggy with grease... it was literally soggy chicken skin, which the skin is usually they best part... the only way to salvage our meal was to wipe off the skin and breading... yes that's correct, we wiped off the breading and skin... also, no plum\sweet and sour sauce (which should be a staple when serving breaded chicken)... no green coleslaw?? like wth is that? KFC, is famous for the green coleslaw... it's the only coleslaw i loved... whatever million dollar genius is running the show here, u need to step down... you are driving KFC straight into oncoming traffic... sad to see them going downhill like this... too bad they don't have nothing as an option for recommendations, because that is what I really recommend. Actually, I recommend you save your money.

Terrible service. Ordered pickup online and the estimated time for it to be ready was 6:05pm. I arrived at 6:20 in anticipation for the probability of having to wait abit longer, only to be told I would need to wait another 6-8mins for "fresh" chicken. I waited an additional 25-30 mins for my food. Not even an apology for the wait or anything. Not worth the money or time.

This is one of the cleaner KFC's I've seen, and the quality is generally decent with fresh food. However, the last time we got sandwiches here, they were overcooked or deep-fried in old oil or refried. I was pretty disappointed. But generally, this place is decent.

Absolutely horrible, not only was the food terrible but for the second time the guy ripped us off. They didn't give us all of our food or sauces. Ordered a 4 piece chicken , fries and gravy and they gave us 3 piece chicken 1 fries and no gravy... the fries we did get were soggy and extremely salty the chicken was super dry and some was burnt . This is the second time this has happened. Last time was more or a rip off
We purchased a 10 piece meal on Friday night and it was disgusting there was 6 drumsticks, no wings all dark meat annd not a single piece of white meat and I honestly couldn’t identify the pieces included. We waited almost 20 minutes in the drive-thru to add. My family have never been so disappointed in kfc. There was so much oil in the bottom of the bucket we actually took a picture. I hope they reach out so I can send it to them.
